Q: How do I use a coupon code?
A: You may use a coupon code when placing your order. Simply input the code into the coupon code box and click “Apply Coupon”. Please note that some coupon codes may not be used with other site offers.

 

Q: Can I make changes on my order after it has been confirmed?
A: In order to minimize the delay in delivery, we are not able to amend any details of the order including delivery address, ordered items and ordered quantity once it has been placed. If a wrong delivery address has been entered and the parcel could not be delivered, we could only return the parcel to our warehouse.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Q: Are the items genuine and when will they expire?

A: All items we sell are 100% genuine and new. We only source the products from the manufacturer, reputable suppliers and distributors.

Most of the Korean beauty products have a shelf life of three years after the manufacturing date. Please refer to the characters printed on the package or the product container for more information. You may see 제조 and it means "produced on" while 까지 meaning "good until".

Q: Do you have a physical store/ brick and mortar store?
A: We are currently only an online store at the moment.

Q: Do you offer collection services from your warehouse?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to do order pick-ups at this moment in time as our products are stocked and dispatched from a private warehouse that's not open to the public.
