SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for your shopping with M Cosmetics! 

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. If a dispatch delay occurs, we will reach out to let you know.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and first scan when onboard for delivery.

All orders made are final, and we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. It is your responsibility to make sure all details are correct before confirming your order. 

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

If a parcel is returned to M Cosmetics due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return and redelivery fee of $15. Please kindly contact us at info@mcosmetics.com.au before the parcel has been returned to our warehouse to advise us of your preference here.

For all other returned parcels, an $15 return and restocking charge will be deducted from the order refund. M Cosmetics is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect or insufficient addresses submitted during the order. M Cosmetics is also not responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.

Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.
